In order to avoid the traffic jams which frequently occur even in the bois de Vincennes, and especially so on weekends, we would advise you to use public transport in as much as is possible:

By metro (subway) : "Château de Vincennes", exit to the front of the train towards the bus station where our free ‘navette’ (parked on the avenue outside) which starts its first journey to the theatre one and a quarter hours before the start of the performance and its last ten minutes before the start of the show.

Linguistic note : for those who aren’t familiar with the French language, in this context, the word ‘navette’ doesn’t mean a small boat or a pushcart, but simply a shuttle bus with a sign on which the word ‘Cartoucherie’ is written and which shuttles spectators back and forth both before and after performances.

Or RATP bus 112 to the stop, "Cartoucherie".
Take note : if you take the 112 bus, and you have a Navigo metrocard for zones 1 and 2, please be aware that you must buy a separate ticket for the bus : even though the Cartoucherie is in the Bois de Vincennes and therefore technically in Paris’12th arrondissement, the bus-stop is classed as being in zone 3.
Ticket checks are frequent and "merciless".

You may plan your RATP journey by using this link (type CARREFOUR DE LA PYRAMIDE, PARIS for the destination address)

Using Vélib’ : : Nearest station is Château de Vincennes. Park your bike opposite the main entrance to the Parc Floral, route de la Pyramide. From there it’s a 9 minute walk until you reach the Cartoucherie.

By car (if you must!!!) Esplanade du Château de Vincennes and then simply follow the signs. A leafy (and free…) car-park is situated inside the Cartoucherie.
